What we collect
When you sign up for the Plan Builder we collect: first and last name, work email, company, role, industry, and the reason you chose for visiting. If you choose to send us your plan, we also receive the plan file you attach and the contact details you type into the send form, including a second person's email if you add one.
The Plan Builder runs in your browser. Nothing you type in it leaves your computer unless you press the send button and then send the email yourself.
Why we collect it
To send you the Plan Builder, to reply to you, and to send occasional product updates if you agreed. If you add another person to a plan you send us, you confirm that person has agreed to be contacted by us.
Who handles it

We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up records while you are a contact or customer, and delete them within 30 days of a verified request. Plan files you send us are kept only as long as needed to review them with you, unless you become a customer.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
